all the skin and bake in
your oven. A 3-oz.
Chicken breast (about
the size of a deck of
cards) has about 140
calories. Add a salad
and/or cooked veggies on
the side.

between meals will prevent
you from being so hungry you
pig out at dinner.

carrot and celery

not bad for breakfast!

Healthy Choice and Weight
Watchers make frozen
microwave meals and even
make deserts that are tasty
and are also good diet
foods.
Good dieting foods can be
supplemented with a
multi-vitamin and mineral
pill taken daily.
